Over the years, I have received training and use a number of different therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Family Systems Theory, etc. I have worked with thousands of people and have extensive experience in Mental Health and Substance Use. I am trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have coordinated and facilitated an Addictions Day Treatment Program.

I have also worked in the Post Secondary School system and can help you find a career path that works for you.
